Ready for Sky, jointly in collaboration with REDMOND, will be participating in the International Electronics and Appliance Fair IFA 2019
Ready for Sky, headquartered in Singapore, since 2014 is developing hardware and software IoT platform for integration of smart technologies in household appliances and home gadgets.
The Ready for Sky technology can be easily integrated in any home device. The users do not need a central hub to control the appliances any more. Now, all the customers can control the appliances with the help of the smartphone via the installed Ready for Sky application. From the smartphone the user can remotely control his smart devices, select operation modes, cook and create a comfortable environment in the house. In other words, the R4S appliances user always remains connected home regardless of his location.
Centralized smart home control from the smartphone is one of the most convenient and promising solution as for the users and for developers of smart devices. The company has already developed more than 200 smart devices (small household appliances). Having integrated the smart technology device in its brand line, the manufacturers can quickly and easily release a wide range of smart products under their own name.
For more than 90 years straight, the oldest and most reputable IFA platform brings together world leaders and newcomers in the production of household appliances, buyers, industry experts, and media representatives. Traditionally, the IFA hosts the most popular brands that are eager to demonstrate technical innovations and announce about the technologies applied in their work.
The joint booth will exhibit its advanced innovations: remotely controlled devices using the Ready for Sky mobile application, as well as models of smart appliances and devices that can be controlled with the voice command assistants, Google Assistance and Alice (Yandex).
Today, the both partners offer more than 50 smart devices and gadgets. Among them there is the world's first full-scale line of smart appliances for the Sky kitchen. At the booth, this line will be represented by the following appliances:
• coffee maker 1509S, able to be configured for automatic preparation of hot drinks at a certain time and day of the week,
• smart multicooker 800S-E, allowing to control the preparation of dishes from your smartphone,
• oven 5727S, that can start to cook the dish in one click from a recipe available in the cookbook built in the application.
Also, the booth will demonstrate smart devices for climate control and gadgets for home security.
Representatives at the booth will reveal to the visitors a new ability to control REDMOND devices and appliances using voice commands. The option has been implemented for some models of devices and appliances using voice assistants, Alice (Yandex) and Google Assistance. Voice control opens up new possibilities. Now, the smart devices developed by Ready for Sky can become a part of a multi-purpose smart home that everyone can assemble, like a designer set, adding, one by one, devices and appliances from completely different brands.
The IFA participants will get information about the R4S technology and see how it is implemented in the final product on the example of the wide range of smart appliances: multicookers, grills, irons, heaters, air humidifiers and other smart devices. At our booth, we will demonstrate how easy one can control the appliances from the smartphone.
